- Paul Bridle, Strickland's portrayer was not credited in mini-series.
- In the special features regarding the script, Strickland would have had lines but his scenes were cut in the final production.
- According to the script (in the featurette "The Cast and Crew"), Strickland appears in Episode 2 in a scene in the First Class Dining room while the Titanic is in Belfast talking to Thomas Andrews.
- The placement of the scene is set after the talk about caring guns aboard the Titanic by William Murdoch and before the scene with Mary Maloney learning from Jim Maloney that the family will board the Titanic as Steerage Passengers.
